Sage smudging has been used for centuries by Native American tribes to cleanse and purify spaces, and is believed to clear negative energy and promote healing and balance.

HOW TO USE | Hold the sage bundle on one end, and using a match or lighter, light the bundle on the opposite end until it's well lit. Once lit, let the bundle burn for about 10 seconds. Gently blow out the flame, and the smouldering herb should leave a trail of smoke. Waft the smoke gently on any surface you wish to cleanse, bless, or rid of negative energy. Always have a fire-proof receptacle or Abalone shell with some white sand in it to put out the bundle as required.
